I made my own chocolate and it’s the best chocolate EVER. Seriously. And this is coming from the biggest chocoholic in the world! It’s raw, vegan and so creamily delicious you won’t know what hit you.
️Raw Chocolate with Coconut and almond butter filling️
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
2/3 cup raw cacao powder
5 tbsp maple syrup
1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
A dash of Himalayan Sea Salt
Blend the above together until smooth. Pour half of the chocolate mixture in a pan and put in the freezer for 10 minutes. Once it’s solid, take it out of the freezer and smear almond butter on top (I love Justin’s vanilla flavor), and then pour the rest of the chocolate on top. Back in the freezer for 30 minutes… Then enjoy! Cut up in pieces and eat right away. Let me know how you like it️
